Our company specializes in the production of magnetic separators and provides complete solutions to meet the client’s requirements. One of our types of orders is the design, construction, and building of separation lines for non-magnetic materials.

Construction and building

Based on customer requirements, we can design a complete customized sorting line. The design depends on the specific application, type and total amount of material that will pass through the separation line, and other factors.

Customized sorting line

A sorting line can be made up of different parts tailored to your requirements. It can consist of the following individual types of parts:

• Magnetic separators – various types according to the type of materials
• Magnetic separators for non-magnetic metals (Eddy Current Separator) – fitted with very strong neodymium magnets
• Metal detectors
• Various types of conveyors – according to the type and quantity of material to be conveyed
